Major local hospital is seeking a CSR Supervisor.
SUMMARY OF MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Over sees day to day activities of CSR. Acts in management role in absence of CSR Manager. Assist manager in quality control and overall management activities.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess daily supply need for department and orders via Lawson system. Evaluates inventory and adjust via Lawson system to meet need of department. Oversees daily work assignment for Distribution Techs. Evaluates staffing needs and adjust as indicated. Assist manager in the evaluation process of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR JOB: AA Degree required. Basic math and computer skills. Prefer Central Supply/Inventory experience. Minimum of 3 years experience with demonstrated competency in area of practice and management leadership skills.
